Commercial grade product specifically for the trade. Used to remove organic stains from facades and roofs. Eco friendly formula using special soft wash equipment. Spray application can take several weeks to effectively remove all organic stains.

Application and Time

Pure concentrate diluted 1 to 40 with water for dense surfaces ie roofs. You can make stronger 1 to 20 dilution for porous material ie render. Spray application on a dry day and apply on a dry surface. Needs to be dry weather for minimum 3 hours after application for optimum performance. If it rains after three hours that's no problem and won't effect performance.
Equipment

Modified reach and wash equipment to control application and agitate into the surface during application process.
Coverage Rate

1sqm per diluted treatment. 400 -800sqm coverage per 20L drum depending on dilution.
Cautions

Do not spray directly onto plants and scrubs.
  1. Can this be used by the general public? No this is licensed for use by the trade only and special equipment is also needed.
  2. Is it necessary to seal my material after its cleaned? You do not have to seal however sealing you roof tiles or façade will make ongoing maintenance much easier and also keep your material looking clean and new for longer.
