STAIN PROOF IMPREGNATING SEALER

Overview
Professional grade silicone based penetrating sealer made in USA and is a permanent solution for protecting natural stone surfaces. Overview: Biodegradable, Innovative cleaner specially designed to be environmentally friendly. Simply Spray on and walk away. No need to agitate or power wash. Our product is activated by UV light and should be applied on a dry day.

Application and Time

Apply this gel formula with a paint brush. Cover the affected area and allow to dwell for 10mins. Agitate with a soft nylon brush before rinsing with a steam cleaner for best results.
Equipment

Paint brush or roller to apply.
Steam cleaner or hot power washer to rinse 10mins after application.
Coverage Rate

Depending on how deep the paint has penetrated and how porous the material is but average 4sqm per litre.

Application

Apply 2x coats 10 mins between each coat wet on wet. Then 10 mins after application of the second coat even if treatment is still damp remove any excess product using a soft fluffy roller sleeve or absorbent towel / cloth.
Equipment

knapsack sprayer for large areas, or paint tray and roller.
Absorbent towel / cloth or fluffy absorbent roller sleeve for big areas.
Absorbent towel / micro fibre cloths or fluffy sleeve roller to remove excess.
Coverage Rate

6-10sqm per quart / litre depending on porosity of the material.
Cautions

Very important to remove any excess product on the surface of the treated material so that sealer penetrates and cures inside the material not on the surface. Dry matt natural finish after treatment just the same look as when untreated – stone is clean and dry only that water will not penetrate anymore.

STONTEX GREEN TO CLEAN ( 5L)

Application and Time

Ensure your surface is dry and pick a dry day to apply. Use neat for badly stained surfaces, otherwise dilute up to 1-5 with water into a standard knapsack sprayer. Saturate spray the entire surface and then walk away no need to agitate or rinse. Within a few days you will see the results, all organic stains will disappear.
Equipment

Knapsack sprayer or for small areas, a hand held pump sprayer or watering can.
Coverage Rate

A 5L bottle will cover 20sqm applied neat and up to 80sqm when diluted. This does depend on how badly stained the material is.
Cautions

Do not Spray directly onto grass, plants or flowers.
